It’s a game of survival for Montgomery County beekeepers who missed the honey flow last year due to harsh weather conditions.
With little rain yielding nectar for baby bees, both small-scale and commercial beekeepers are worried about the health of their hives and honey crops.
„We’ve been in a scramble trying to keep hives where they will survive the year and into next year,” said Conrad Craft, a small-scale beekeeper from Conroe.
